You must be at least 16 years old to use this site and create an account. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Some Services require you to register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Enrolment in any CyCraft programme is subject to admission criteria, available seats, and payment of applicable fees. Fees, schedules, syllabi, and faculty are subject to change. Refunds, deferrals, and withdrawals are governed by the programme-specific policy disclosed at enrolment.

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes (but is not limited to) accessing systems without authorisation, distributing malware, harvesting other users’ information, posting unlawful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the Services, or using offensive-security techniques covered in our curriculum against systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, lab environments, code, and the CyCraft name — is owned by or licensed to CyCraft and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted for your personal, non-commercial educational use within an enrolled programme.

If you submit content to us (project work, code, written assignments, feedback), you retain ownership of your submission but grant CyCraft a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it for educational, promotional, and operational purposes related to the programme.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Course outcomes, including job placement, depend on individual effort and external factors and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyCraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that continued access would be harmful to CyCraft, other users, or the integrity of our programmes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified through the site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
